Transliteration

ūrdhvā́ yát te tretínī bhūd yajñásya dhū́rṣu sádman | sajū́r nā́vaṃ sváyaśasaṃ sácāyoḥ ||

Translation

When thy triple-strand rose upright in the seat, upon the yoke-poles of the sacrifice, then together with the two (powers) thou didst join the self-glorious boat—so the passage is made.
