ततस्तेवानरास्सर्वेराक्षसैरर्दिताभृशम् ।दिशोदशद्रुताःकेचित्केचित्सुग्रीवमाश्रिताः ।।6.98.10।।

Transliteration

tatas te vānarāḥ sarve rākṣasair arditā bhṛśam |

diśo daśa drutāḥ kecit kecit sugrīvam āśritāḥ ||6.98.10||

Translation

Then those vānaras, sorely harassed by the rākṣasas, scattered in all ten directions; some, however, sought refuge with Sugrīva.

Context

Thereafter, unable to bear the pain, those Vanaras hit by Rakshasas, went in ten directions and some went to Sugriva for refuge.
