Shloka 6.97.25

सप्तनवतितमः सर्गः (Yuddha Kāṇḍa 97): Sugrīva’s Onslaught and the Fall of Virūpākṣa

स तदा स हसोत्पत्यराक्षसस्यमहाहवे ।मुष्टिंसन्वर्त्यवेगेनपातयामासवक्षसि ।।।।

sa tadā sahasotpatya rākṣasasya mahāhave | muṣṭiṃ saṃvartya vegena pātayāmāsa vakṣasi ||

Then, in that great battle, he sprang up at once, drew back his fist, and drove it with force into the Rākṣasa’s chest.

Then in that great war, Sugriva getting up at once whirling his fist, hit (Virupaksha) him on the chest.

Sugrīva recovers immediately after being struck and counters by punching Virūpākṣa in the chest.
