सुपर्णागमनम् (Garuda’s Arrival and the Release from the Serpent-Arrow Bond)
तेजोवीर्यंबलंचौजउत्साहश्चमहागुणाः ।प्रदर्शनंचबुद्धिश्चस्मृतिश्चद्विगुणंतयोः ।।6.50.40।।
tejo vīryaṃ balaṃ cauja utsāhaś ca mahāguṇāḥ |
pradarśanaṃ ca buddhiś ca smṛtiś ca dviguṇaṃ tayoḥ ||6.50.40||
Their splendor, valor, strength, vigor, courage, and noble qualities shone forth; their intelligence and memory, too, were doubled.
Their brilliance, prowess, daring courage, intelligence, memory, and great qualities got manifested many folds.
Righteous purpose is strengthened when obstacles are removed; dharma is supported by renewed clarity (buddhi) and remembrance (smṛti).
After being freed and healed, Rāma and Lakṣmaṇa regain and even amplify their powers and mental faculties.
Resilience and readiness to return to rightful duty with restored vigor and clear mind.
