Under Nīla’s direction, the army was duly organized with its own guards in place, and it was properly encamped on the northern shore of the ocean.

Nila settled the army successfully by making them reside on the northern shore of the sea, as per tradition.

Dharma is expressed as proper order and protection of dependents: organizing guards and encampment shows duty-bound care for the collective.

The forces are positioned at the sea, preparing for the next strategic step, with Nīla managing the camp.

Prudence and foresight—ensuring security (“svārakṣāsu”) before undertaking a major campaign.
