Shloka 6.43.32

द्वन्द्वयुद्धप्रवृत्तिः (Dvandva-Yuddha: The Onset of Single Combats)

द्विदिधंवानरेन्द्रंतुनगयोधिनमाहवे ।शरैरशनिसङ्काशैस्सविव्याधाशनिप्रभः ।।6.43.32।।

dvididhaṃ vānarendraṃ tu nagayodhinam āhave | śarair aśanisaṅkāśais sa vivyādha aśaniprabhaḥ ||6.43.32||

But in that battle, Aśaniprabha pierced Dvividha—the lord of Vānaras, fighting with mountains and trees—with arrows that flashed like lightning.

Asaniprabha shot arrows resembling lightning at Dwivida the Vanara Lord who was fighting with trees.

Dharma in warfare also includes endurance: the righteous side may be wounded, yet remains committed to the larger moral aim rather than abandoning duty under pain.

Dhṛti (fortitude): even a leader can be struck, but leadership is tested by the ability to continue despite injury.
