With my sharpened arrows I shall make this world free of Rākṣasas—unless you seek refuge and return Maithilī (Sītā).
"If you do not seek my protection I will devoid this world of Rakshasas with my sharp arrows."
Dharma protects the violated and offers a final door to correction: return what was unlawfully taken and submit to rightful authority; otherwise society is defended by force against persistent adharma.
Rāma issues a decisive ultimatum to Rāvaṇa: surrender/seek refuge and return Sītā, or face annihilation of the Rākṣasa threat.
Firmness with moral clarity: Rāma balances an offer of refuge with uncompromising resolve to end oppression.
