O vilest of Rākṣasas! The strength and deceit by which you outwitted me and carried Sītā away—show that now.

"O lowly Rakshasa! By deceiving me you took away Sita. Display that strength now."

Dharma in combat and conduct rejects cowardly deceit used against the unprepared. The verse contrasts trickery with the expectation of open confrontation and accountability.

Rāma challenges Rāvaṇa to rely on the same ‘power’ and ‘māyā’ he used during Sītā’s abduction, now that a direct battle is at hand.

Rāma’s insistence on truthful, face-to-face trial of strength—valor aligned with satya rather than manipulation.
