Dharma in collective action requires order and encouragement: organizing people rightly and uplifting morale is a form of righteous service to the mission.

A Vānara leader (contextually Śveta from the preceding verse) coordinates with Sugrīva and actively structures the forces for battle.

Sevā-bhāva and nīti (practical leadership): swift coordination, disciplined deployment, and motivating others.
