O Raghava, all the happiness and sorrow you have undergone—so many events, beginning with the destruction at Janasthana and onward—are known to me.

"Raghava, while you were sojourning at Janasthana, you experienced joy and sorrow abundantly all that is known to me."

Sage Bharadwaja is speaking to Rama upon his stop at the sage's ashram while returning to Ayodhya.

Through his ascetic powers (Tapas), the sage claims to know all the joys and sorrows Rama experienced during his exile, specifically starting from the battle in Janasthana.
