सपुत्रांत्वांत्यजामीतियदुक्ताकेकयीत्वया ।स शापःकेकयींघोरस्सपुत्रां न स्पृशेत्प्रभो ।।।।

Transliteration

saputrāṃ tvāṃ tyajāmi iti yad uktā kaikeyī tvayā |

sa śāpaḥ kaikeyīṃ ghoraḥ saputrāṃ na spṛśet prabho ||

Translation

O Lord, since you once said to Kaikeyī, “I renounce you, along with your son,” may that dreadful curse not touch Kaikeyī, nor her son.

"O Lord! You had spoken in such a way saying 'I disown a good son and Kaikeyi' and cursed. May that dreadful curse not touch your son and Kaikeyi," said Rama.
