O best of the upholders of dharma, this task on our behalf has been accomplished by You. Rāvaṇa is slain, O Rāma—go now to heaven rejoicing.
"Rama you are the supreme and upholder of dharma. The purpose for which you are born has been accomplished. Ravana is killed. You return to your abode happily."
Duty fulfilled for the common good is celebrated as dharma; righteous action culminates in peace and restoration.
After victory, the gods affirm that Rāma’s purpose—ending Rāvaṇa’s tyranny—has been achieved.
Kṛtārthatā (accomplished duty) joined with humility—victory is framed as service to order, not ego.
