सीतासान्त्वनम् / Hanuman Consoles Sita with the News of Victory

तस्यास्तद्वचनंश्रुत्वाहनुमान्पवनात्मजः ।।6.116.51।।हर्षयन्मैथिलींवाक्यमुवाचेदंमहामतिः ।

tasyās tad vacanaṃ śrutvā hanumān pavanātmajaḥ |

harṣayan maithilīṃ vākyam uvācedaṃ mahāmatiḥ ||6.116.51||

Hearing her words, Hanumān—the son of the Wind—wise and discerning, spoke again to Maithilī, intending to gladden her heart.

On hearing Mythili, wise Hanuman spoke these words to her bringing joy to her.
