विभीषणाभिषेकः (Vibhīṣaṇa’s Consecration) and Hanumān’s Commission to Sītā
तस्मिंस्तुदिवमारूढेसुसारथिसन्तमे ।।।।राघवःपरमप्रीतस्सुग्रीवंपरिषस्वजे ।
tasmiṁs tu divam ārūḍhe susārathi-sattame | rāghavaḥ parama-prītaḥ sugrīvaṁ pariṣasvaje || 6.115.6 ||
When Mātali—the finest of charioteers—had ascended to heaven, Rāghava, filled with deep joy, embraced Sugrīva with heartfelt affection.
"On Matali ascending to heaven, Raghava very dearly embraced Sugriva for his help in his victory."
Gratitude and honoring allies: Rama upholds dharma by acknowledging faithful assistance and maintaining bonds of righteous friendship.
After the war’s conclusion, Mātali departs for heaven, and Rama expresses heartfelt thanks to Sugrīva by embracing him.
