For when, at Janasthāna, your brother Khara—though surrounded by many rākṣasas—was slain, then we knew Rāma was no mere mortal. And when Hanumān, by his valor, entered the city of Laṅkā—hard to penetrate even for the gods—then indeed we were shaken with fear.

" At Janasthana when your brother Khara was surrounded by many Rakshasas also he got killed by a mortal. So also, when Hanuman entered the city of Lanka, which is difficult to enter even for gods, I got perturbed."

It signals recognition of a higher moral order (dharma) operating through Rāma: even an adversary is compelled to admit the truth (satya) of Rāma’s extraordinary power and purpose.

Hanumān’s fearless penetration of “unenterable” Laṅkā reflects steadfast commitment to truth and duty—serving Rāma’s righteous cause without being deterred by seemingly insurmountable obstacles.
