षट्पञ्चाशः सर्गः — वैदेही-आश्वासनम् तथा अरिष्टारोहणम् (Consoling Sita and Ascending Mount Arishta)

किन्नरोरगन्धर्वयक्षविद्याधरास्तदा।।।।पीडितं तं नगवरं त्यक्त्वा गगनमास्थिता:।

tadyathā tasya vikrāntam anurūpaṃ mahātmanaḥ | bhavaty āhavaśūrasya tathā tvam upapādaya ||

“Therefore, act so that the mighty one’s heroic advance—of that great-souled, battle-valiant Rāma—may unfold in a way truly suited to his stature.”

Then the kinnaras, uragas, gandhravas, yakshas and vidyadharas left the tortured mountain and occupied the sky.

R
Rāma
H
Hanumān
S
Sītā (Vaidehī)

Dharma as propriety and role-based duty: actions should align with the rightful responsibilities and honor of the principal agent (Rāma), not bypass them for convenience.

Sītā advises Hanumān on how to proceed so that the rescue remains Rāma’s rightful achievement, consistent with his warrior-dharma.

Sītā’s discernment (viveka) and commitment to righteous means, not merely a desirable outcome.
