इन्द्रजित्प्रेषणम्—ब्रह्मास्त्रबन्धः, हनूमद्ग्रहणं, रावणसभाप्रवेशः (Indrajit’s Deployment—Brahmāstra Binding, Hanuman’s Capture, Entry into Ravana’s Court)

Knowing, “This one is not to be slain,” Indrajit—mighty-armed and versed in the true principles of missiles—bound and seized the son of the Wind-god with that weapon.

Indrajit, the strong-armed hero, who knew the secrets of all missiles, realising that the son of the Wind-god cannot be killed caught him by the divine weapon of Brahma (Brahmastram).

I
Indrajit
H
Hanumān (Mārutātmaja)
W
Wind-god (Vāyu/Anila)
B
Brahmāstra / Paitāmaha astra (by context)

Dharma as restraint aligned with truth: recognizing that Hanumān is not to be killed, the action turns toward capture—power is applied within perceived limits.

Indrajit uses the Brahmā-related weapon to restrain Hanumān, successfully taking him captive rather than killing him.

Astra-tattva-jñāna (technical and moral knowledge of weapons): Indrajit applies specialized weapon-lore to accomplish capture.
