मन्त्रिणां सुतयुद्धम् — Battle with the Sons of the Ministers

Adorned with burnished-gold ornaments and jostling one another in eager rivalry, they rushed toward Hanumān, who stood waiting at the gateway arch.

The barnished golden ornaments worn by them were shining as they brushed shoulders with one another (eager to fight first) to attack Hanuman who stood waiting at the main archway.

Hanuman

Rakshasa Warriors
T
Torana (Archway)

They were jostling due to 'parasparasaṅgharṣāt', meaning they were competing with one another in their eagerness to be the first to attack Hanuman.

Hanuman was 'toraṇastham', meaning he was stationed firmly at the main archway of the Ashoka Vatika, waiting for the attackers.
