चैत्यप्रासाद-विध्वंसः (Destruction of the Chaitya Palace and Hanuman’s Proclamation)
अस्त्रविज्जयतां रामो लक्ष्मणश्च महाबलः।राजा जयति सुग्रीवो राघवेणाभिपालितः।।।।
astravid jayatāṁ rāmo lakṣmaṇaś ca mahābalaḥ |
rājā jayati sugrīvo rāghaveṇābhipālitaḥ ||
Victory to Rāma, knower and master of sacred weapons; victory to mighty Lakṣmaṇa; and victory to King Sugrīva, protected and guided by Rāghava (Rāma).
'May Sri Rama, unsurpassed in the use of missiles be victorious! May his brother, mighty Lakshmana, a matchless warrior be victorious. May King Sugriva ruled by Rama be victorious.'
Satya and dharma are upheld through open declaration: Hanumān publicly aligns with righteous leadership (Rāma) and legitimate alliance (Sugrīva), affirming moral order against tyranny.
In the midst of Laṅkā, Hanumān proclaims a victory-cry naming Rāma, Lakṣmaṇa, and Sugrīva—both as intimidation to enemies and assurance of the dharmic cause.
Bhakti and niṣṭhā (devotion and steadfast loyalty) expressed through fearless proclamation.
