ततस्स कपिशार्दूलस्तेन वाक्येन तोषितः।सीतामुवाच तच्छृत्वा वाक्यं वाक्यविशारदः।।5.38.1।।

Transliteration

tatas sa kapiśārdūlas tena vākyena toṣitaḥ |

sītām uvāca tac chrutvā vākyaṁ vākyaviśāradaḥ ||

Translation

Then the tiger among monkeys—skilled in speech—pleased by her words, after hearing them, spoke to Sītā.
