सीताहनूमद्भाषणम् — Sita Tests the Messenger; Hanuman Offers Reassurance
कृत्वा मूर्ध्नि पदन्यासं रावणस्य दुरात्मनः।त्वां द्रष्टुमुपयातोऽहं समाश्रित्य पराक्रमम्।।।।
kṛtvā mūrdhni padanyāsaṁ rāvaṇasya durātmanaḥ | tvāṁ draṣṭum upayāto 'haṁ samāśritya parākramam ||
Relying on my valor, I have come to see you—having, as it were, set my foot upon the head of the wicked-souled Rāvaṇa.
"Setting my foot with my valour on the head of the cruel-minded Ravana, using my valour, I came here to see you.
Dharma is fearless opposition to adharma—Hanuman’s mission asserts that tyranny (Rāvaṇa’s wrongdoing) is not to be accepted as invincible.
