I see the fulfilment of Vaidehī’s cause drawing near; and I also see the destruction of the lord of rākṣasas and the victory of Rāghava.

"I see the day of fulfilment for Vaidehi has drawn near. I can also foresee the destruction of the demon king and the triumph of Rama.

The moral arc of itihāsa: satya and dharma are ultimately victorious, while tyranny and adharma (embodied by the rākṣasa-king) move toward ruin.

Based on signs and the dream-discussion, a rākṣasī foresees Sītā’s impending relief and Rāma’s victory over the rākṣasa ruler.

Rāma’s dhārmika power—his victory is portrayed as the restoration of righteous order.
