Then, within the Puṣpaka aerial car, a richly blended, fragrant sweetness wafted forth—of bathing unguents, sandalwood, and incense.
The wind wafting through the Pushpaka chariot carried the fragrance of the cool sandal-paste used in bath and the sweet smell of wines and thick smoke of fragrance spread further.
The verse depicts grandeur without endorsing it; dharma is reflected in maintaining inner clarity and truthfulness of purpose even when surrounded by intoxicating luxury.
The narration notes the blended fragrances wafting in the Puṣpaka vimāna area as Hanumān continues his covert search within the palace complex.
Steadfastness: Hanumān remains mission-focused despite the palace’s alluring environment.
