Shloka 4.63.13

सम्पातेः पक्षलाभः — Sampāti Regains His Wings and Re-energizes the Search

इत्युक्त्वा स तान्हरीन् सर्वान्सम्पातिः पतगोत्तमः।।।।उत्पपात गिरेश्शृङ्गाज्जिज्ञासुः खगमो गतिम्।

yauvane vartamānasya mamāsīd yaḥ parākramaḥ | tam evādyāvagacchāmi balaṃ pauruṣam eva ca ||

The valour I possessed in my youth—I find that very same strength and manly courage within me even now.

Sampati, the foremost of the birds thus spoke to the monkeys and flew up from the mountain's peak keen on finding the aerial path.

Dharma supports rightful empowerment: regained ability should be directed toward a righteous aim (helping the search for Sītā), not pride.

After restoration, Sampāti declares that his former youthful prowess has returned.

Courage renewed and readiness to serve a just cause.
