सम्पातिवाक्यम् (Sampati’s Intelligence Report on Sita’s Abduction)

Who could fail to reckon with the prowess of Daśarathi Rāma’s arrows, striking with thunderbolt speed? And who would not take seriously the might of the shafts loosed by Lakṣmaṇa himself?
'Who is not aware of Rama's swift arrows which are like thunderbolt? Who is not able to assess the speed and power of arrows of Lakshmana released directly?'
Dharma includes protecting the righteous through rightful strength; the verse invokes moral deterrence—evil is checked when justice has power behind it.
The vānara party stresses Rāma and Lakṣmaṇa’s formidable martial power while urging Sampāti to speak without hesitation.
Reliance on righteous guardianship: confidence grounded in the protectors’ commitment to justice.
