Then a great joy will have been accomplished for Dāśarathi (Rāma), and an even greater joy for me, O heroes like wind and fire, by the deed that brings about the sight of the daughter of Videha (Sītā).

'Keeping this in mind, you, as my well-wishers, should act in a way Janaki can be traced.

Dharma here is faithful service: fulfilling a righteous mission brings legitimate joy to both the one served (Rāma) and the ally-leader.

The leader promises that finding Sītā will consummate their duty and bring great satisfaction to Rāma and to himself.

Encouraging leadership and commitment to a righteous cause.
