Shloka 4.43.62

सुग्रीवस्य शतवलि-प्रेषणम् (Sugriva’s Commission to Satavali for the Northern Search)

सर्वमेतद्विचेतव्यं यन्मया परिकीर्तितम्।यदन्यदपि नोक्तं च तत्रापि क्रियतां मतिः।।।।

na kathañcana gantavyaṃ kurūṇām uttareṇa vaḥ | anyeṣām api bhūtānāṃ nātikrāmati vai gatiḥ ||

You must not, in any manner, go beyond the northern region of the Kurus; indeed, even the movement of other beings does not transgress that limit.
