Carefully search Mount Maināka, with its plateaus, slopes, and deep caves; and in various places there are the dwellings of the horse-faced women—those too must be examined.

'On passing that place, you will come across a hermitage inhabited by siddhas and ascetics, Vaikhanasas and Valakilyas.

Dharma is diligence: a righteous task requires comprehensive effort, leaving no relevant place unexamined.

Sugrīva provides a detailed itinerary and instructs the party to inspect Maināka’s difficult terrain and nearby inhabited sites.

Perseverance and meticulousness—qualities necessary to uphold truth and succeed in the mission to find Sītā.
