पूर्वदिशि सीतामार्गण-नियोगः (Deployment to the Eastern Quarter for the Search of Sita)
निदेशवर्तिनस्सर्वे सर्वे गुरुहिते रताः।अभिप्रेतमनुष्ठातुं तव शक्ष्यन्त्यरिन्दम।।4.40.6।।
nideśavartinaḥ sarve sarve guruhite ratāḥ | abhipretam anuṣṭhātuṃ tava śakṣyanty arindama ||
O subduer of foes, all of them are obedient to command; all are devoted to the welfare of their elders and teachers, and they are able to carry out what you intend.
'O Rama,the subduer of foes! all of them will follow your command.They are engaged in seeking the well-being of elders and can fulfil your wish.
Dharma is expressed as disciplined obedience aligned with reverence for elders (guru-hita). Right action is not mere compliance, but service rooted in respect and truthful commitment to a righteous mission.
Sugriva reassures Rāma that the vānaras are organized, obedient, and ready to execute Rāma’s plan—supporting the search for Sītā.
Śraddhā and vinaya (respectful discipline), along with organizational loyalty in service of a just cause.
