Shloka 4.29.28

हनूमता सुग्रीवस्य कालधर्मोपदेशः — Hanuman’s Counsel on Timely Ally-Duty

तदाज्ञापय कः किं ते कुतो वापि व्यवस्यतु।हरयोऽह्यप्रधृष्यास्ते सन्ति कोट्यग्रतोऽनघ।।

tad ājñāpaya kaḥ kiṃ te kuto vāpi vyavasyatu |

harayo hy apradhṛṣyās te santi koṭyagrato 'nagha ||

Therefore, O sinless one, issue your command—who should do what, and from where they should set out. Your monkeys, invincible, stand ready in numbers exceeding a crore.

O sinless hero! therefore issue your command. There are more than a crore of invincible monkeys. Determine now who should do and what and in which place. We are at your service'.

Dharma requires converting intention and promise into organized action. A leader must assign roles and initiate timely effort so that truth (satya) in pledges becomes reality.

Hanuman concludes his exhortation by asking Sugriva to formally deploy the vast, capable monkey forces for the search of Sita.

Executive leadership—clarity of command, allocation of responsibility, and prompt mobilization for a righteous objective.
