विश्वामित्रस्य ब्राह्मर्षित्वप्राप्तिः — Viśvāmitra Attains Brahmarṣi Status
विस्तरेण च ते ब्रह्मन् कीर्त्यमानं महत्तप:।श्रुतं मया महातेजो रामेण च महात्मना।।।।

O Brahman, O mighty one, your great austerities—recounted in detail—have been heard by me, and also by high-souled Rāma.
O powerful Brahmarshi! distinguished Rama and I have heard your great austerities which were related in detail (by Satananda).
Dharma includes preserving and receiving truthful accounts of virtue: hearing (śravaṇa) of tapas and righteous deeds strengthens moral orientation.
Janaka notes that Śatānanda’s detailed narration of Viśvāmitra’s austerities has been heard by both himself and Rāma.
Respect for learning and exemplars—Janaka and Rāma are portrayed as attentive listeners to accounts of ascetic discipline.
