विश्वामित्रस्य शरणागति-प्रशंसा तथा वासिष्ठपुत्र-शापः (Visvamitra grants refuge; the curse upon Vasishta’s sons)

अहमामन्त्रये सर्वान्महर्षीन्पुण्यकर्मण:।यज्ञसाह्यकरान् राजन् ततो यक्ष्यसि निर्वृत:।।1.59.3।।

etāvad uktvā vacanaṃ viśvāmitro mahātapāḥ | virarāma mahātejā ṛṣimadhye mahāmuniḥ ||

Having spoken only this much, the great ascetic Viśvāmitra—radiant with power—fell silent in the midst of the sages.

O king! I shall invite pious maharshis to assist you in the sacrifice which you will be able to perform with great relief.

V
Viśvāmitra
ṛṣis (assembly)

Restraint in speech: even when exercising authority, a sage speaks what is necessary and then returns to composure.

After delivering the curse/statement, Viśvāmitra stops speaking, marking a formal end to that pronouncement within the rishi assembly.

Saṃyama—controlled speech and disciplined presence.
