From her womb-region arose the Yavanas; from the anus-region likewise the Śakas; and from the pores of the skin arose the Mlecchas—together with the Hārītas and the Kirātas.

"From her lowing Kambhojas bright like the Sun, from the udder Paplavas, weapons in hand, from the vagina Yavanas, from the anus Sakas, from the roots of the hair Mlecchas along with Kiratas and Haritas were born.

The episode frames Dharma as the protection of the righteous: forces arise to defend the sage’s rightful domain against unjust seizure. It also warns that adharma (covetous aggression) can provoke overwhelming consequences.

As Viśvāmitra’s aggression continues, extraordinary groups emerge (as described in the tradition) as part of the manifested defending host, expanding the scale of the conflict.

Vasiṣṭha’s legitimacy and spiritual protection are implied: his dharmic standing attracts invincible support, showing the safeguarding power surrounding a truthful and established sage.
