अंशुमान्—अश्वान्वेषणम्, दिशागजसंवादः, कपिलदाहवृत्तान्तः, गङ्गोपदेशः (Anshuman’s Search for the Horse and the Counsel to Bring Ganga)
सुपर्णवचनं श्रुत्वा सोंऽशुमानतिवीर्यवान् ।।।।त्वरितं हयमादाय पुनरायान्महायशा:।
suparṇavacanaṃ śrutvā so 'ṃśumān ativīryavān | tvaritaṃ hayam ādāya punar āyān mahāyaśāḥ ||
Hearing Suparṇa’s words, the exceedingly mighty and renowned Anśumān swiftly took up the horse and returned.
Exceedingly powerful and highly renowned Anshuman, on hearing the words of Garuda returned quickly to the capital with the horse৷৷
Right action follows right instruction: once the lawful course is clarified, one should act promptly and without wavering.
Anśumān accepts Garuḍa’s guidance, takes the horse, and returns to proceed with the sacrifice and future plans for the ancestors’ deliverance.
Promptness (tvarā) in duty—decisive execution after receiving sound counsel.
