अथ विष्णुर्महातेजा अदित्यां समजायत।वामनं रूपमास्थाय वैरोचनिमुपागमत्।।1.29.19।।

Transliteration

atha viṣṇur mahātejā adityāṃ samajāyata | vāmanaṃ rūpam āsthāya vairocanim upāgamat || 1.29.19 ||

Translation

Then the greatly radiant Viṣṇu was born of Aditi; assuming the form of Vāmana, he approached Bali, the son of Virocana.
