विश्वामित्रस्य यज्ञरक्षा-याचना (Visvamitra Requests Rama for Yajna-Protection)

तच्छ्रुत्वा राजसिंहस्य वाक्यमद्भुतविस्तरम्।हृष्टरोमा महातेजा विश्वामित्रोऽभ्यभाषत।।।।

I shall bestow upon him manifold blessings for his welfare—without doubt—by which he will attain renown throughout the three worlds.

Having heard these wonderful words of Dasaratha, the lion among kings, the brilliant Viswamitra with hair on end replied:

V
Viśvāmitra
D
Daśaratha
R
Rāma
T
Three worlds (trailokya)

Dharma is advanced through empowerment of the righteous: the sage’s blessings are not mere gifts, but instruments enabling a virtuous protector to act effectively for the good of the world.

Viśvāmitra assures Daśaratha that he will grant Rāma powerful blessings, ensuring his fame and success.

Guru-anugraha (teacher’s grace) and protective intent: Viśvāmitra’s commitment to equip Rāma for dharmic action.
