तेषामपि महातेजा रामस्सत्यपराक्रम:।।।।इष्टस्सर्वस्य लोकस्य शशाङ्क इव निर्मल:।

Transliteration

teṣām api mahātejā rāmaḥ satyaparākramaḥ ||

iṣṭaḥ sarvasya lokasya śaśāṅka iva nirmalaḥ ||

Translation

Even among them, Rāma—of great radiance and true, steadfast valor—was beloved of the whole world; pure and stainless, he shone like the moon.
