सप्तदशः सर्गः — देवसंवादः तथा वानर-ऋक्ष-उत्पत्तिः (Divine Council and the Generation of Vanara Allies)
यस्य देवस्य यद्रूपं वेषो यश्च पराक्रम:।अजायत समस्तेन तस्य तस्य सुत: पृथक्।।।।
yasya devasya yad rūpaṃ veṣo yaś ca parākramaḥ | ajāyata samastena tasya tasya sutaḥ pṛthak ||
Whatever form, attire, and prowess belonged to any god, the son of each was born separately, bearing those very traits in their fullness.
The sons of devatas retained characteristics like beauty, form and prowess of their procreator (gods).
Dharma is sustained through appropriate endowment: beings meant to support righteousness are equipped with the exact qualities needed for their role.
The passage concludes the creation-account by stating that the divine-born allies inherited the distinctive attributes of their respective godly progenitors.
Parākrama (effective power) as a rightful inheritance when used in service of truth and righteous order.
