अगस्त्याश्रमप्रवेशः तथा दिव्यायुधप्रदानम् (Entry into Agastya’s Hermitage and the Gift of Divine Weapons)
तं शिष्यः प्रश्रितो वाक्यमगस्त्यवचनं ब्रुवन्।।।।प्रावेशयद्यथान्यायं सत्कारार्हं सुसत्कृतम्।
tato gatvāśramapadaṃ śiṣyeṇa saha lakṣmaṇaḥ |
darśayāmāsa kākutsthaṃ sītāṃ ca janakātmajām ||
Then Lakṣmaṇa, going with the disciple to the hermitage-grounds, pointed out Kakutstha Rāma and also Sītā, the daughter of Janaka.
The disciple humbly reported Agastya's words and ushered him in with befitting hospitality.
Maryādā (propriety) in social-religious encounter: visitors are properly identified and introduced before entering a revered sage’s space.
Lakṣmaṇa accompanies the disciple to the hermitage area and indicates who Rāma and Sītā are.
Lakṣmaṇa’s attentive service and orderly conduct in facilitating the meeting.
