Matsya Purana — Yadu Lineage
इहोत्पन्ना मनुष्येषु बाधन्ते सर्वमानवान् तेषामुत्सादनार्थाय उत्पन्नो यादवे कुले //
ihotpannā manuṣyeṣu bādhante sarvamānavān teṣāmutsādanārthāya utpanno yādave kule //
Born here among human beings, they oppress all people; and for the purpose of destroying them, he was born in the Yadu (Yādava) lineage.
This verse is not about pralaya; it explains a worldly crisis—oppressors arising among humans—and the divine response through a birth in the Yādava line to remove them.
It implies a dharmic standard: rulers and householders should resist oppression and uphold social order; when adharma becomes widespread, restoration of dharma is portrayed as necessary—even through decisive removal of violent oppressors.
No Vāstu, temple-building, or ritual procedure is stated in this verse; its focus is genealogical and ethical (the purpose of a corrective birth in a specific dynasty).
