Go—O diligent one—attend to him properly, with auspicious measures that remove fatigue, and with those various treatments and courtesies that are pleasing to his mind.
This verse does not address Pralaya; it focuses on practical conduct—how to render attentive service and relief to someone fatigued.
It reflects Rajadharma and household ethics: a ruler’s staff (or a householder’s family) should provide timely, respectful care—remedies, comforts, and courteous attentions—suited to the person’s mental disposition.
No Vastu or temple-architecture rule is stated; the key technical term is upacāra—proper attentions/remedial courtesies—relevant to ritualized hospitality and disciplined service.
