Matsya Purana — Yadu Lineage
अनुव्याहृत्य विष्णुं स तदादाय शिरस्त्वरन् समानीय ततः कायम् असौ गृह्येदमब्रवीत् //

Having repeatedly invoked Viṣṇu, he hurriedly lifted it onto his head; then, bringing it to hand and taking hold of the body, he spoke these words.
It foregrounds the deluge-episode mood of urgency and reliance on Viṣṇu: in crisis, the actor invokes Viṣṇu and performs swift, purposeful actions before issuing instructions—typical of Pralaya narrative sequencing.
It models dharmic conduct under pressure: begin undertakings with remembrance of Viṣṇu, act decisively, and then speak guidance—an ideal of disciplined leadership and household responsibility in dangerous circumstances.
The ritual takeaway is the primacy of mantra-like invocation (Viṣṇu-smaraṇa/uccāraṇa) before an act; while not a Vāstu rule, it reflects the Purāṇic principle that correct speech and consecratory remembrance precede practical procedures.
