Then, having kept the night vigil with singing and instrumental music, and at dawn thereafter having bathed, one should worship the divine couple.
This verse does not discuss creation or Pralaya; it prescribes a ritual sequence—night vigil with devotional music followed by a dawn bath and worship.
It reflects householder-style dharma: disciplined observance (keeping vigil), purity (snāna at dawn), and proper worship (arcana). A king, as exemplar of dharma, is likewise enjoined to uphold and sponsor such orderly ritual conduct.
Ritually, it establishes a standard pūjā-krama: jāgaraṇa with gīta-vādya, then prātaḥ-snānā, then worship of the paired deity (dāmpatya), a common temple/vrata practice sequence.
