Salutations to Rāma! In the Maghā nakṣatra, the nose of Raghunandana is to be duly worshipped; and upon that noble visage, the eyes are to be especially adored. Salutations to you, O Rāma, whose eyes whirl and flash with divine power.
This verse does not discuss pralaya; it functions as a devotional praise (stuti) focusing on Rama’s auspicious bodily features and divine gaze.
Indirectly, it supports dharma through bhakti: honoring Rama (ideal king of the Raghu line) upholds the model of righteous rulership and inspires householders to practice reverence, discipline, and worship.
Ritually, it reads like an aṅga-pūjā style praise—venerating specific divine features (nose, eyes)—useful in image-worship (pratimā-pūjā) and recitation during Rama-oriented pūjā, though no explicit Vāstu rule is stated.
