इदमभ्यधिकं राजन ब्राह्मणा: कुरवश्च ते । समेता: कथयन्तीह मुदिता: सत्यसंधताम्‌,“महाराज! इसके सिवा, यह भी सुननेमें आया है कि ब्राह्मण और कुरुवंशी एकत्र होकर बड़ी प्रसन्नताके साथ आपकी सत्यप्रतिज्ञताका वर्णन करते हैं

idam abhyadhikaṃ rājan brāhmaṇāḥ kuravaś ca te | sametāḥ kathayantīha muditāḥ satyasaṃdhatām ||

Vaiśampāyana said: “Moreover, O King, it is also heard here that the Brahmins and those of the Kuru line, gathering together, joyfully speak of your steadfast fidelity to truth and to your pledged word.”
