अबुधानां गतिस्त्वेषा बुधानामपि मे शृणु । ये धर्मे श्रेयसि रता विमोक्षरतयो जना:,यह अविवेकी पुरुषोंकी गति बतायी गयी है। अब आप मुझसे विवेकी पुरुषोंकी गतिका वर्णन सुनें। जो धर्म एवं कल्याणमार्ममें तत्पर हैं और मोक्षके विषयमें जिनका निरन्तर अनुराग है, वे विवेकी हैं
Translation
This is the course of the unwise. Now hear from me, too, the course of the wise: those who delight in dharma that leads to the highest good, and whose hearts are ever devoted to mokṣa—liberation—are called discerning.
