ततस्तु ते क्रोधवशा: समेत्य धनेश्वरं भीमबलप्रणुन्ना: । भीमस्य वीर्य च बल॑ च संख्ये यथावदाचख्युरतीव भीता:,तब भीमसेनके बलसे पीड़ित और अत्यन्त भयभीत हुए क्रोधवशोंने धनाध्यक्ष कुबेरके पास जाकर युद्धमें भीमके बल और पराक्रमका यथावत्‌ वृत्तान्त कह सुनाया

Transliteration

tatastu te krodhavaśāḥ sametya dhaneśvaraṃ bhīmabalapraṇunnāḥ | bhīmasya vīryaṃ ca balaṃ ca saṅkhye yathāvad ācakhyur atīva bhītāḥ ||

Translation

Then, driven by anger and shaken by the force of Bhīma’s might, they gathered themselves and went to the Lord of Wealth, Kubera. Trembling with great fear, they reported to him in full and accurate detail Bhīma’s prowess and strength as displayed in battle.
