sudhanvā ca samāgacchat prāhrmadiṁ keśinīṁ tathā | samāgataṁ dvijaṁ dṛṣṭvā keśinī bharatarṣabha | pratyutthāyāsanaṁ tasmai pādyam arghyaṁ dadau punaḥ ||
Sudhanvā came to Keśinī, the daughter of Prāhrmada, O bull among the Bharatas. Seeing the brahmin arrive, Keśinī rose to greet him and again offered him a seat, water for washing the feet, and the respectful arghya-offering—thus observing the proper duties of hospitality.
