एष वेगेन गत्वा हि यत्र ते दानवाधमा:,“वे सहस्रों घोर दैत्य और दानवाधम भूमिके भीतर पाताललोकमें निवास करते हैं; भगवान्‌ वाराह वेगपूर्वक वहीं जाकर उन सबका विनाश कर देंगे। यह सुनकर सभी श्रेष्ठ देवता हर्षसे खिल उठे

Transliteration

eṣa vegena gatvā hi yatra te dānavādhamāḥ

Translation

Bhīṣma said: “He will swiftly go to the very place where those vile Dānavas are.” In the flow of the tale, the words foretell decisive divine intervention: when destructive powers hide in the nether depths, the Lord’s rapid descent and removal of evil restores cosmic order and reassures the righteous.
