Dasyu-maryādā and Buddhi-guided Rāja-nīti (दस्युमर्यादा तथा बुद्धिप्रधान-राजनीति)

रुतज्ञा सर्वभूतानां यथा वै जीवजीवक: । सर्वज्ञा सर्वतत्त्वज्ञा तिर्यग्योनिं गतापि सा,वह चिड़िया “जीवजीवक” नामक विशेष पक्षीके समान समस्त प्राणियोंकी बोली समझती थी तथा तिर्यग्योनिमें उत्पन्न होनेपर भी सर्वज्ञ एवं सम्पूर्ण तत्त्वोंकोी जाननेवाली थी

Translation

That bird understood the speech of all creatures, like the remarkable bird called Jīvajīvaka. Though born into an animal form, she was all-knowing and fully versed in the principles and inner truths of all things.
